八段锦 (Ba Duan Jin or Eight Brocades) is an ancient form of Qi Gong consisting of 8 soft movements centered on the spine. These gentle and simple movements are accessible to the elderly and can also be done sitting down as needed.

"Qi Gong" (chee-gong) is a centuries old form of exercise with the purpose of improving mental, physical, and spiritual health. It activates the joints, muscles, and tendons to rehabilitate the body for optimal health.
