BASIC SKILLS

Basic skills include essential postures of Yang Style Tai Chi with emphasis on balance, relaxation, joint-loosening, breathing, and circulation.

FORMS TRAINING

Forms improve sensitivity by cultivating Qi. It increases memory and coordination. Students begin with the Eight Form, progressing to the Twenty-four, the Forty-two, and sword forms.

PUSH HANDS

Push hands is a partner exercise and a practical application of forms and techniques. Students learn to react to offensive moves by redirecting force rather than applying more force.
